At Biker Life, we want you to be 100 % happy with your purchase however, we understand that sometimes you may not be totally satisfied with your purchase. It may not fit right or you simply have changed your mind. For this reason we have a simple, easy & hassle free exchange, refund and credit policy:

1. First, contact us via email and we will make the appropriate arrangements for your return. We reply to all inquires within 24 hours.

2. Item(s) must be returned in original condition and return shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is deemed to be defective. If an item received is defective, then we will offer a replacement or refund, whichever you choose.

3. Refunds are credited back your credited card once the return item has been received, inspected, and in good condition.

4. Any purchases requiring overseas shipping are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. Any Item shipped from the United States to any other country are non-returnable.
